Beach Yoga

Beach Yoga Session.

A perfect way to re-energise yourself in a spectacular setting. Sunrise to sunset, enjoy a 60 minute yoga session with your own fully qualified private instructor on a beautiful golden beach. What better place for sun salutations than with the waves lapping at your feet and the sun on your skin? Classes are suited to all abilites and ages, perfect to stretch those muscles after a surf session or just to put the balance back in your chakras. Whatever the reason, you deserve this.

Minimum groups of 6 required. Max 20.

In the advent of bad weather or high tides, an indoor venue will be used.
