The more radical amongst you can through yourselves from 25ft ledges into the surf, while the ones of you who just want to chill, can float in and out of the caves, whilst taking in the most breath taking views.

While trialling Coasteering, the A.B.O team joined a group of 12 aged between 18 and 50 years old. The braver of our coasteering group jumped from 25ft ledges into the almost florescent blue ocean whilst the ones seeking a more relaxing coasteer floated aided by a weak current into and out of the caves in the Cornish coastline. During all of this we were watched intensely by two Common Seals who?s curiosity saw them come almost nose to nose with our coasteering instructor and then start playing with the safety float!
