If you still have energy, there's the 1 hour knockout beach sumo contest, in inflated suits, with trophy presentation to the ultimate winner.

After all that exersion, relax and enjoy a delicious beach BBQ. A selection of freshly cooked burgers and sausages with a variety of salads, breads and condiments.

Once you've got your breath back then it's time to sample Newquay legendary nightlife with VIP club entry and you own VIP booth. Enjoy views across the dancefloor whilst listening to the latest sounds and there's even a bottle of spirits with mixers thrown in to get the party started.
