Friday. Arrive at your central Surf Lodge accommodation, grab a cold one and get ready for the weekend.

Saturday: Get ready to roll - Sphering, or zorbing as it's sometimes known, is the latest craze to hit our shores and involves up to two people per ball rolling down the hill inside a giant inflated ball. You will be harnessed in and reach speeds up to 35mph with each roll, so much fun but we recommend you don't do it straight after a pasty!

On the way back, how about a quick banana boat session? A 10 minute zap around on a large inflatable banana, wetsuits and helmets are provided. £12pp

Beach BBQ: After all that fun, it's time to chillax on this gorgeous cove beach and enjoy a sundowner as your food is freshly cooked for you. A platter of burgers, sausages with breads, salads and condiments will have you ready for a night on the town.
