Friday: Arrive at your surf lodge accommodation, grab a nice cold glass of wine and relax. Then head into town and enjoy the Newquay nightlife.

Saturday: Start your day with a surf lesson. All abilites catered for so don't worry if you have only ever surfed an ironing board before. After lunch treat yourself to a half day spa treatment which includes full use of facilities including robes, slippers, steam/sauna room, pool and a 30 minute treatment. Just the thing to set you up for a night on the town.

Sunday: What better way to start your day than a beach yoga session? A beautiful golden beach with the waves lapping at your feet and the sun on your skin. Stretch those tired muscles from all the surfing and dancing and put your yin back with your yang. Your private instructor will ease you gently into the day and leave you feeling re-energised and relaxed.
