Friday: Arrive at your central Surf lodge Accommodation. Grab a cold one and enjoy the view.

Saturday: Surfing:Time to catch those waves. A half day lesson to teach you the basics of surfing by you own hot instructor. All tuition and equipment included.

PM: After all that exercise, you must be starving. Time to enjoy a delicious beach bbq on a stunning cove beach. Grab a glass of wine from the bar as you food is freshly cooked for you then enjoy a platter of burgers, sausages, salad and all the trimmings as you watch the sun set on the altlantic. A great way to start your evening before hitting the bars.

Sunday: Feeling a little fuzzy? Then we have just the thing to sort you out. Coasteering is an adrenelin activity which explores caves, swell rides and the ultimate nerve test of cliff jumping. Jumps start from a few feet up to the 'Olympic Diving Board'. Guaranteed to get the heart racing and the belly laughing. We'll even provide a photographer to capture you in action and give a CD for your to keep and show the folks back home how brave you are.

*please note Coasteering can also be done on Saturday if departing early Sunday.

Why not add a meal on Friday evening. It's not always easy to find group friendly eateries so we have teamed up with a local Indian and Thai Restuarants to offer a delicious meals with private dining in the centre of town. £15.00pp
