If you still have energy, there's a 1 hour knock out sumo contest, in inflated suits, with t-shirt presentation to the ultimate winner.

After all that exersion, relax and enjoy a delicious beach BBQ. A selection of freshly cooked burgers & sausages with a selection of salads, breads and condiments.

Once you have got your breath back then it's time to sample Newquay's legendary nightlife with VIP club entry and your very own private VIP booth. Enjoy views across the dancefloor while listening to the latest sounds with a bottle of spirits and mixers thrown in to get the party started.
